Making flapjacks...

For a very long time I have been super impressed by my friends making flapjacks at the drop of a hat.   But I hadn’t realized how easy it is to make these gorgeous treats.  

It’s always a joy to cook in the huge CL kitchen and all I had to do was melt honey, sugar and butter in a pan and add the hazelnuts and oats, genius!  

Here’s my first attempt at “Tuscany honey and hazelnut flapjacks” yum.  I suppose another bike ride is in order now...
